Glendale, Ariz. — Linebacker Devin White left Detroit’s win over Arizona in the first quarter with a forearm injury and was carted off the field.
Campbell said surgery looks likely and that White will be out a long time. White did not return after being ruled out.
Postgame updates said he was later seen with his arm in a sling and cast. The injury came as Detroit finished a 45-21 victory at State Farm Stadium.
Wide receiver Tom Kennedy also left with a knee injury and did not return. Detroit improved to 3-2 and enters its bye following Sunday’s win.
White had been active for the first time since Week 2. The Lions will get more evaluation time during the bye before their next game.
